Subject: [PATCH 2/2] Point project links to GitHub Pages

Update public/index.html to use the GitHub Pages URLs for two project cards. Replaced links to the GitHub repositories with their hosted pages (safesploitorg.github.io/pbs-to-slurm-converter and safesploitorg.github.io/openwrt-firewall-visualiser) so the cards point to the live demos/sites instead of the repo pages.
