Problem Statement
The flashlight notification pulse is a lifesaver when my phone is face down, but right now it’s a bit of a "flashbang" effect. It’s often way too bright, especially in dark rooms and even in bright rooms.
Currently, the pulse seems to be high-intensity only.
Proposed Solution
Add an intensity slider for the flashlight pulse feature. This would allow users to dim the LED brightness for notifications so it can be subtle or full-strength depending on personal preference.

I have previously used Tasker for dimmer flashlight notifications.
