[Bug]: Ripple effect is very jittery

Bug Description

The ripple effect from the previous update (not the google pixel ones you added in the latest update) is painfully jittery. Even a simple school while ripples causes the device to hang and the ripples are also visually jittery and slow.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set notification lightning to ripple
2. Wait for a notification
3. Scroll or tap or try to interact with the screen
4. The ripple jitters along with the phone

Expected Behavior

It shouldn't jitter. I've got a budget device but it doesn't hang. The ripple only made me realise that I don't have a flagship

I think it happens if there's many apps notifying at once which I think I might have missed to address.... I'll take a look into this

No, only the screenshot has this issue where two different apps simultaneously sent notification. Otherwise the jitter was first noticed by me after a single notification.

Noted. I will look into some optimization of this is possible with device simulation if possible.
