[Feature]: Quick settings tiles in widget

Problem Statement

Nothing to say, it's just an idea

Proposed Solution

It would be great to have the ability to add a widget on the home screen and to select some of the quick setting tiles that would be shown on the widget. The tiles would have a small and a extended version. The final result would look like android 16 quick settings panel ( the one after the qpr update with material 3 expressive).
