Signature Issue

fetching balance: binance {"code":-2015,"msg":"Invalid API-key, IP, or permissions for action."} AuthenticationError: binance {"code":-2015,"msg":"Invalid API-key, IP, or permissions for action."}

when fetching balance, this issue encounterd.
But when fetch price and market..., this issue never encoutered according to same api key.

When that happens that usually means the issue is related ot the API keys itself.
