Overview
Runs pnpm dedupe on the monorepo lockfile so duplicate dependency entries in pnpm-lock.yaml are collapsed where pnpm can resolve the same versions.

This is a lockfile-only maintenance change: it should not alter application source or intentionally bump package versions, but it can touch a large portion of the lockfile and slightly change how transitive packages are wired in the tree.
