First install the below packages

1.sudo apt-get install curl vim exuberant-ctags git ack-grep

2.sudo pip install pep8 flake8 pyflakes isort yapf

3.You have to install nodejs to install the prettier plugin

3.Then install yarn globally by npm install -g yarn

Then copy this .vimrc file and open vim to install all the plugins
