removed the root test since script can't be run with root. mitmdump no bash command.

The login_proxy.py has a requirement to set up iptable rules in order for it to work.
I have taken the liberty to write the commands in a single .sh executable in order to reduce the time typing the whole commands.
I also included a root check in the .sh to make sure ONLY root can run it.
