feat(ui): enhance AboutDialog with new layout and features

* Introduced new helper functions to create labels and cards for better
  organization of content.
* Updated the AboutDialog to display build information and developer
  details more effectively.
* Improved the layout and styling of the InfoTab and added a copy button
  for build information.
* Enhanced the TranslatorsTab to display translator information in a
  more user-friendly manner.
