* docs(microsoft365): resync — add 191 tools across Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint/Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook

Regenerates microsoft365.mdx tool list and microsoft365.ts data file to reflect
the 191 new tools shipped in scalekit-inc/tool-agent#246. Total tool count
increased from 58 to 249.
