dependency on deprecated pygeos breaks install in python 3.12+

Per this issue:
pygeos/pygeos#463
pygeos is no longer maintained and will not install under python 3.12+
pygoes functionality is merged into shapely 2.0+

Nothing in pyschism seems to mention it, so it could be removed from the setup.py dependencies as in PR #161
