skewed maps from cryosparc

hi,
pymol 2.5 , ubuntu linux 22,
previous maps have been fine.
we have recently updated cryosparc
if i try to open a new cryoem map from
cryosparc it displays just a line.

it opens normally in coot, i can save it in coot
and it opens normally in pymol.

the only difference between the working map and the
coot conversion map is it say it
"Applied skew transformation"

is there a way to turn that off ?

Can you rename the .ccp4 file to .mrc or load the .ccp4 file with format=mrc into PyMOL?

load file.mrc
load file.ccp4, format=mrc

For MRC files, PyMOL ignored the skew information.
