We should probably update our pipelines to .post1, but it's alarming that it's gone without any warnings

We ran out of space on PyPI, and were stuck with a partial upload of the latest version, so we had to delete some old releases to upload new files. We deleted anything that had a .post1 release, assuming users should be using the ones with corrected metadata instead.

A few days ago our quota got doubled, so we should be fine for quite a while now. But it was not fast enough, we had to have space immediately to complete the partial upload.
