Add Renoir to scverse ecosystem

Name of the tool: Renoir

Short description:
Information-theory-based scoring framework for spatial cell-cell
communication analysis across spatial transcriptomic data (Visium, VisiumHD, CosMx, and Xenium etc.).

How does the package use scverse data structures:
Renoir takes AnnData objects as input for both the spatial transcriptomics
data and the matched scRNA-seq reference, and returns neighbourhood scores
as an AnnData (spots × ligand-target pairs). SpatialData is supported for
VisiumHD workflows via the register_table function.
