Ok I think this is not a comment-specific thing, but yeah, closing issues. Presumably this has to do with the fact that closing an issue is some sort of protected operation while opening isn't: https://github.com/scverse/integration-testing/actions/runs/25144569929/job/73701486380

I'll need to look into this more
