Your issue may already have been solved. Here are a few things you can do to make sure your issue is unique.

Search to see if the issue has already been reported.
You can add additional information to an existing report that may help to resolve the issue.

- Make sure you are using the latest version of our software as your issue may already have been resolved in a later update.
When reporting an issue, please provide the following information to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible:
- Name of SDC tool used
- Version of SDC tool used
- Other software installed
Please label your issue, using one of the following labels:
