Fix for the issue #128
I added tests both for the dogpile lock behavior (this part of the code was not tested) and for the dogpile lock deadlock.
The tests are still messy, especially because I used thread to be able to simulate the lock. I'll try to clean up a little bit the tests when I have a bit more time to work on this.
