remove: prediction market (Polymarket/Kalshi) support

Remove all code and documentation related to the predict subcommand
to focus the project on crypto and stock trading.

Deleted:
- src/commands/predict.rs (871 lines)
- src/polymarket.rs (579 lines)

Cleaned up:
- CLI enum, main dispatch, module declarations, config fields
- README.md, SKILL.md, config.toml.default, CI workflow
