Does exploring something like dokieli (descentralized article publishing platform) make sense?

This is mostly a reminder to take a peek at dokie.li.

dokieli is a clientside editor for decentralized article publishing, annotations, and social interactions.

dokieli enables individuals and communities to share, publish, and annotate articles using their preferred identities and storage, all under their control. All content produced by dokieli can be used with other standard-compliant applications, so you are always free to switch to another application and take your content with you.

I think that'd over-complicates things for now. It would be cool, but trying to publish the same content in several different formats across several different platforms seems excessive. If anyone using frameworks wants this as a feature then please contradict me.

If we do end up doing this, I also vote for RSS.
