refactor(tests): data-driven test summary with ASCII table and markdown report

Replace hardcoded suite list with dynamic glob of reports/results/*.json.
Add box-drawing ASCII table for terminal output and matching markdown
report written to reports/summary.md. Add TEST_TUI sleep for
process-compose TUI mode. Add commit-msg hook enforcing conventional
commit format.
