Problem
The AWS SDK is outdated and the current version includes some vulnerabilities, GHSA-xmrv-pmrh-hhx2 and GHSA-xmrv-pmrh-hhx2. In addition, to upgrade the SDK, we needed to bump the version of Go in go.mod to 1.24.
