Publishing on GitHub is broken #1224

Description

@duruer

Hi, we use semantic-release and our repo is publicly available and here are the broken actions due to semantic-release:
https://github.com/PanoMC/panel-ui/actions/runs/25605909694/job/75167668277
https://github.com/PanoMC/Pano/actions/runs/25605856799/job/75167526561

And error is always same:

[4:25:37 PM] [semantic-release] › ℹ  Start step "publish" of plugin "@semantic-release/github"
[4:25:52 PM] [semantic-release] › ✘  Failed step "publish" of plugin "@semantic-release/github"
[4:25:52 PM] [semantic-release] › ✘ An error occurred while running semantic-release: RequestError [HttpError]: invalid content-length header

This is important because we can't make new releases anymore. This started to happen recently.
