Problem: Restore project | "Project with provided name already exists" message shown when there is no such project yet

Actual Result

I deployed SemaphoreUI v2.17 from scratch in Docker, logged in and tried to restore my project from v2.14 with name 'asd', and got this

When I refresh the page, and list the projects, I do see 2 projects created: with 'asd' name + original project name.

Both projects contain some parts of restored project/JSON

UPDATE
on v2.17.26, have the same message ("Project with provided name already exists"), although after refreshing the page project is created/restored.

Expected Result
If the name of the project provided is unique in the current setup -> create it and restore the JSON to the project
