Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Add sticker template with with contour for die cut

This is a variant of the logo for creating stickers with a contour cut.
It has some more inner margin than the logo for dealing with cutting
tolerances.

Yes, this isn't strictly a part of the website but it accompanies the
logos here.

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] Convert text in sticker template to path

Last time the print shop had no issue with 'IOIOI' in the connector
being text. But this time it was. Let's provide a path instead.
