[Bing Reverse Image API] Crop area parameters not working

Hmm interesting, good find @corbindavenport! It looks like this issue is specific to that image URL not working for Bing's reverse image search, while most others do work as expected. If you open the Bing Image search page and paste in that URL under the "search using an image", it will return an error saying "unable to process this search". This could be due to a few factors like negative caching of a previous fetch failure (most likely according to Claude), a content/copyright classifier flag, or that Bing's crawler has never successfully indexed that image asset.
