[Amazon Product API] Size variant group missing when Amazon uses dropdown-style size selector

A user reported that some Amazon product pages contain both color and size dimensions, but only the color variant group is returned in the API response. This appears to occur when the size selector is rendered as a dropdown rather than clickable swatches/buttons.
