Need a param to change the endpoint of IAM service.

Hi,

When i set region with: cn-northwest-1, I got error:

UnknownEndpoint: Inaccessible host: iam.cn-northwest-1.amazonaws.com.cn'. This service may not be available in the cn-northwest-1' region.

I know the endpoint for cn-northwest-1 is iam.cn-north-1.amazonaws.com.cn.
How do I get that work.
