Post-merge QA replay failed at the external deployment gate. The trusted command path validated the exact default-owned source/config and built the image, but deployment failed during the release database preparation path, before health or endpoint verification. Explicit cleanup completed successfully. Closing unmerged as required; issue #194 remains open for the sanitized evidence and follow-up.
