This is basically a rewrite but i decided to keep the history to make it more discoverable.
Since the pdf is surprisingly huge it is compressed with gs additionally.

Based on your idea i have used a different approach and first collected a markdown text file because this is useful for ChatGPT and pipelines and then from that created pdf with pandoc.
This looks uglier in the PDF but at least for me the main goal was to have a single reference file to feed to an LLM.
