  • Added the timestamp of the record to the replay header
  • Added admin command !playreplayfile to load and start a replay from a file
  • Added admin command !replayfileinfo to print the replay header from a file to the console

Having the timestamp embedded in the replay header should be more reliable than using the file's modification time or using it in the filename.
The two admin commands make testing with replay files easier.
