On each push mvn test will run on Ubuntu 18.04, latest Mac OS and lastest Windows using JDK 8, 11 and 15.

adjusted the build, library versions and gradle wrapper. It still fails on the latest Ubuntu using JDK 8 and JDK 15 but all others are fine now. Both fails are related to one test which is: com.shekhargulati.ninetynine_problems._02_arithmetic.P41Test
Need to take a closer look why this one fails.
