• Pruned: No dead code identified following previous extensive pruning rounds.
• Docs Synced: Appended the assessment to .jules/warden.md and prepared the release entry in CHANGELOG.md.
• Release: Bumped semantic version to v1.1.29, committed the lifecycle changes, created an empty commit for the release chore, and tagged the repository appropriately.
