chore(release): assure, prune, and sync docs for v1.1.25

This PR executes the Warden lifecycle tasks for the v1.1.25 release:

• Assessment: Audited BOLT's /health endpoint performance optimization. Verified it safely bypasses unneeded parsing and security injections for frequent load balancer pings while retaining correct headers.
• Dependencies: Safely bumped content-disposition, hasown, qs, and side-channel-list to their latest patch versions. Verified survival by running tests.
• Pruning: Ran entropy checks (depcheck, find-unused-exports). Zero dead code or unused dependencies were identified for removal.
• Release Preparation: Prepended new release notes to CHANGELOG.md, appended observations to .jules/warden.md, and securely bumped the package version to v1.1.25.
• Commits: Grouped all modifications under chore(lifecycle) and chore(release) commits, followed by cutting the v1.1.25 Git tag.
