Proposed changes
Adds a new
APIsfolder under the Web Technology sectionwith a comprehensive readme.md. The Web Technology section
previously had no coverage of APIs or the Fetch API, which
are core to modern web development. This PR fills that gap
with explanations, real code examples, and a reference table
of HTTP methods and API types.

The Fetch API and REST APIs are fundamental to modern frontend
development, but were completely absent from the Web Technology
section. I added this as a new subfolder to mirror the existing
structure (e.g., Web Scraping has its own folder).
The code examples are drawn from real projects — specifically
a news website built with the World News API — so they reflect
practical, working usage rather than abstract examples.
