Virtual environment in VS code(using powershell)
1. To create enironment in powershell >> python -m venv <give projectfolder path>\environmentName
OR
python -m venv dvcdemoenv
2. To activate :- .\environment_Name\Scripts\activate
= .\dvcdemoenv\Scripts\activate
3. select python env & enterpreter through ther VS CODE
Shift + ctrl + P
4. pip install -r requirements.txt
5. pip install dvc
6. pip install dvclive>=2.0
7. cd dvc folder (dvc is project folder)
Done

8. To initialize dvc repositories :- dvc init
9. To add remote local to store a data:
dvc remote add -d local ..\..\dvc_remote\
# we have added here remote local.Instead of that we can add CLoud remote storage
10. NOW DVC Pipeline commands for this project are:
A. dvc stage add -n data_split -p data_source.local_path,base.random_state,split.split_ratio -d src/data_split.py -o data/split python src/data_split.py data/data.csv
B. dvc stage add -n data_processing -p split.dir,split.train_file,split.test_file,process.dir,process.train_file,process.test_file -d src/data_processing.py -d data/split -o data/processed python src/data_processing.py data/processed
C. dvc stage add -n train -p process.dir,process.train_file,process.test_file,base.random_state,base.target_col,train.n_est,model_dir -d src/train.py -d data/processed -o model/model.pkl python src/train.py data/features model/model.pkl
D. stage add -n evaluate -d src/evaluate.py -d model/model.pkl -d data/processed -M eval/live/metrics.json -O eval/live/plots -O eval/prc -o eval/importance.png python src/evaluate.py model/model.pkl data/processed
11. commands To run all states:- dvc repro
12. commands To visualize Data pipeline :- dvc data_processing
13. commands To visualize all metrics :- dvc metrics show
14 commands to show plots:- dvc plots show
(For that we need to add something plotting in the dvc.yaml file)
15. For dvc push:- dvc push
(Before this make sure that you have added remp)
16. dvc remove data_split
17. vc remove data_processing
18. dvc remove train
19. dvc remove evaluate
20. dvc metrics show
21. dvc plots show
22. dvc metrics diff
23. dvc plots diff
