Doing 3 or more touches at the same time freezes touch

I've been using this remote desktop app to play games (because my main is filled with lines on the screen) and it does help indeed. The only issue is that when I do 3 or more touches it suddenly freezes the touches that I did, and doing the same thing unfreezes the touch. I'd leave a huge thanks if you could solve it

how did you managed to get it worked?
Mine is not working.
Can u please tell the steps and if any requirement?

Maybe you can read other issues or something. The way I connect is by using USB C - USB with a USB to USB C converter
