v1.3.0 Windows 10.

The program does not remember settings upon exit, but it should.
-padding
-ratio on timeline (16:10)
-crop video free settings
-mp4 setting
etc.

The ratio (on the timeline) should be automatically set (on start) to match the monitor.

Expected behavior

-remember settings upon exit
-the ratio (on the timeline) should be automatically set (on start) to match the monitor.
