[Bug]: VideoDecoder error: Decoding error on export (Linux Ubuntu 24.04)

Describe the bug

When trying to export a recorded video (both MP4 and GIF), the export fails with the error "VideoDecoder error: Decoding error."on the bottom right of the screen. The export does not complete regardless of quality setting (Low, Medium, High). This affects all recordings.

Expected behavior

The recorded video should export successfully as MP4 or GIF without any decoder errors.

To Reproduce

1. Launch Openscreen on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
2. Record a window
3. Stop the recording
4. Click Export Video
5. Select any quality (Low, Medium, or High) and any format (MP4 or GIF)
6. Click Export

I'm using Linux Mint on a MacBook Pro 2017 and had the same issue. I could resolve it by installing VA-API drivers:

sudo apt install intel-media-va-driver-non-free libva-drm2
sudo apt install mesa-va-drivers vainfo
# verify with:
vainfo

After installing, vainfo should list supported decode profiles. Once those were present, export worked correctly :)
