rust(feat): Optimize flow conversion into gRPC request. (#328)

* Optimizes the message_to_ingest_req function.
* Adds benchmarking infrastructure used for optimizing the message_to_ingest_req function.
* Adds "unstable" feature flag needed to support benchmarking a non-public function.
