What is the purpose of this PR?
Remove the Semgrep CI workflow (
.github/workflows/semgrep.yml) from this repository. Semgrep scanning is now being centralized and managed outside of individual repo workflows via Semgrep Managed Scans, so these per-repo workflow files are no longer needed.What should reviewers focus on?
This is a straightforward file deletion, the only change is removing
.github/workflows/semgrep.yml. Verify that no other workflows or CI configurations depend on or reference this file.How is this PR tested?
No tests are needed. This PR only removes a CI workflow definition and does not affect application code, build processes, or existing test suites.
