Took the original file into Audacity and added a silent bit at the end where there was noise.

The original outring audio is supposed to be silent at the end, but had some noise. I took the file into Audacity and replaced that nose with silence. The resulting file is ~17 KB larger and lacks some of the metadata of the original (artist and encoder field as reported by
ffmpeg).I have not tested this as setting up Android Studio is a large inconvenience at this time.
