Signal & Prism architectural model and restores full runtime operation. Key changes: • Canon bundle moved to canon/bundles/... with working bundle index + hash generation • Domain Pack isolated under domain-pack/ • Execution boundary runtime organized under boundary/github-action/ • Renamed gate-run4 → runtime/interpretBoundary • Updated action entrypoint and build path • Fixed relative module imports after runtime relocation • Updated mutation catalog path references • Updated workflow and example authority contract paths • Restored end-to-end execution producing Meaning Artifact + mutation report Verified locally: - Canon bundle index builds successfully - Action builds via ncc - Runtime executes via dist/index.js - Meaning artifact emitted to out/ and .prism/runs/ This commit establishes the baseline architecture for the DevWedge Execution Boundary runtime.
