I moved the code for SyncMonomorphemicGlossAndPos, CopySenseToWordGloss, and CopyLexPosToWordPos from SandboxBase.ComboHandlers.cs to SandboxBase.cs so that it could be called from SandboxBase even when m_ComboHandler is null.
