deleting a sense does not get pushed properly to another open window

Describe the bug
With 2 tabs or windows open, delete a sense. The other window will still show the sense and trying to edit it will throw an error. I suspect this would also happen across devices during a sync.

To Reproduce

1. Create an entry with a sense
2. open a second window or tab
3. view the same entry on both
4. delete a sense on one
5. notice the sense still exists on the other instance

Expected behavior
I would expect the sense to be deleted on the other instance so you couldn't edit it anymore
