Update to dotnet 10

Lexbox and FW-Lite are both still on dotnet 9.
dotnet 11 is already in preview.
We should try to update to 10.
I'm not sure if it's easier to update them simultaneously or separately.

I think there's enough interweaving between both codebases that it's probably easier to update both at once. I'll tackle this.

It's possible you might need to run dotnet workload update --from-previous-sdk; I didn't test what happens if you try to run dotnet build without it, so it might not be necessary. But the message "No workloads installed for this feature band" when I ran dotnet workload update with no params made me think that --from-previous-sdk would be necessary for getting the workloads upgraded correctly.

Five compilation errors, all from the same file:

Yes, dotnet build, I understand that those two are ambiguous. But it would help me if you told me which assemblies they come from. :-) I'm pretty sure one of them is from EF Core and the other is from LinqDB, but that's not at all obvious from the error message.

What's also not obvious (to me) is the correct syntax to disambiguate between two extension methods. How does one tell the compiler which of the two we want to use?
