[Enhancement] Github warning

As adapters which are installed from github are not reinstalled during a restore I suggest to consider outputting a warning into the log if releases installed from github are detected so that users are nit surprised if some adapters are missing after a restore.

Not a must have - but I I want to suggests an evaluation.

P.S: It's OK for me to reject too of course.

I though about a warning during CREATION of the backup. So that user is aware that the backup will not be able to reinstall for sure. Maybe this warning should not be issued if github installations are present but whenever a "not maintained" adapter is present (= github install or adapter no longer available at repo).

Currently users do not get a warning if some presently adapters will not be restored. And maybe some of them cannot be reinstalled at all as they are no longer available. Thats surprising as users expect that backitup save everything (including all code) what ist for sure does not do.

That would be more of an issue for the JS controller.
The backup is performed by the JS controller, and the log output also comes from the JS controller.

An advantage of this would be that the warning would also appear when performing a backup via the CLI.
