Added Math.clamp class method (v4.4.3)

Since version 4.4.3, the clamp method has been added to the Math class.

This method sets the value within a specified minimum and maximum range.

value: ap.Int = ap.Int(20)
result: ap.Int = ap.Math.clamp(value=value, min_=ap.Int(25), max_=ap.Int(50))
ap.assert_equal(result, ap.Int(25))
