BackupRestoreCRDs are created by taking inStorageBackupcrd. But it's already in failed state, there is nothing to restore andFailedis a terminal state ofStorageBackupso it won't. move backup toSuccessstate later.So marking
BackupRestoreas a failed if the input StorageBackup is in already Failed state.
