Update content, add dynamic GitHub stats, and style section badges

- Add TextCortex entry to experience, link all company names
- Add Flappy Bird MCP, Nigerian Fintech LLMs.txt, Exchange Rate MCP,
  and move Resume to LaTeX to 2026 in projects
- Replace static star/fork counts with dynamic GitHub API fetch
  (localStorage cache with 1-hour TTL, stale fallback)
- Add .stat-badge and .role-badge CSS with bordered rectangular style
- Wrap SPEAKER/HOST labels in role-badge spans in talks section
- Remove writing section tags
