very slow whith medium to large tables

Ive noticed the ui becomes ultra slow with 80+ rows (in my case) and becomes almost unusable with bigger numbers, is there some sort of optimization or change we can make to make it smoother?

i got a better performance on a table with 660 rows by forking this project and using dragula instead of dragula-with-animations. it doesn't freeze the browser but there's a pause between the drag&drop and the row being moved
